Furthermore, we are not liable for pre-existing rot, mold, or structural failure discovered within the underlying plywood decking upon tear-off; such structural anomalies require a formal written Change Order before replacement begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Oregon and Washington statutes, our liability is restricted strictly to the financial parameters of the specific installation contract. We disclaim liability for secondary interior water damage resulting from leaks that occurred prior to our initial structural mobilization.
